Boil together until chunks are tender
3 C TVP chunks
6-7 C Water

2-3 Med Potatoes(cubed)
2 Carrots (sliced)

When the above is half cooked add:
1/2 Chopped green pepper
1 Med Chopped onion
1 C Tomato sauce or whole tomatoes (blended)
3/4 C Coconut milk
1 Bay leaf
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t Sweet basil
1 t Garlic powder
2-3 t Turmeric
1 t Coriander
2 T Honey
1/2 t Cumin
1/2 t Cayenne pepper

Dissolve 2 T cornstarch in a little water. Add cornstarch to pot after everything comes to boil. Season to taste with liquid aminos.
